You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We may charge a reasonable fee for multiple requests.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under certain conditions, including:

  • The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
  • You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
  • You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
  • The data has been unlawfully processed

You have the right to request restriction of processing your personal data under certain conditions.

5. Right to Data Portability

You have the right to request transfer of your data to another organization or directly to you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

6. Right to Object

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data under certain conditions, particularly for direct marketing purposes.

7. Rights Related to Automated Decision Making

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you. We do not currently engage in such automated decision making.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of your GDPR rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within one month. If your request is complex or we receive multiple requests, we may extend this period by two additional months and will inform you accordingly.

Data Protection Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:

  • Encryption of personal data in transit and at rest
  • Regular security assessments and updates
  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Staff training on data protection
  • Regular backup procedures

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will also notify you directly without undue delay.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Course enrollment data: Duration of access plus 7 years for accounting purposes
  • Marketing communications: Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
  • Website analytics: Maximum 26 months
  • Support inquiries: 3 years from last contact

International Data Transfers

When we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

  • Standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission
  • Transfers to countries with adequacy decisions
  • Other legally approved mechanisms

Third-Party Processors
